A title, only, a mere title... offers, mirrors extremes of simplicity and complexity. Context.
Itself, proffers nothing but possibility. The perfect title would be the work's summation, its ruin -- untranslatable, or only awkwardly so, if at all.
Sometimes a single word is enough.

Statement. Restatement. Basic principles of music, or argument. Say something aloud to hear how it sounds, see if it sounds real. In writing, you return to the visual field. The act of seeing with one's own eyes. As if for the first time.
The idea of cinema... / cut /... moment to moment... seems entirely in doubt. Hold there, wait...
